Onboardingprocessen

Handymans onboarding- och implementationstjänster levereras av vårt Onboarding-team. Genom många års erfarenhet av implementationer och go-lives, kombinerat med våra domänexperters nära dialog med marknaden, har vi byggt upp en stark grund av best practices.

Vår onboardingprocess är strukturerad i fyra faser innan ni tryggt överlämnas till vår Support. Varje projektfas innehåller ett antal aktiviteter, färgkodade för att visa vad som ingår som standard och vad som kräver separat avgränsning och estimering.

Standard

Täcker allt som behövs för att gå live med en standarduppsättning, inklusive utbildning, go-live och processdokumentation.

 

Custom

Kundspecifika konfigurationer eller förändringar. Dessa definieras och överenskoms under scopingfasen. Utökad utbildning, go-live, datamigrering och processdokumentation kopplad till kundanpassade förändringar ingår inte i standardimplementationen.

För moduler med standardimplementation hjälper Handymans konsult kunden genom hela onboardingen av Handymans standardiserade lösning, i enlighet med best practice.

Organisering av resurser hos kunden och Handyman:

  • Som en del av leveransen delas produkterna upp i delleveranser som levereras separat.
  • Handyman har en projektledare som ansvarar för att säkerställa Handymans framdrift i onboardingen.
  • Kundens kontaktperson ansvarar för resurser och framdrift på kundens sida.
 

Standard implementation descriptions for Handyman modules

This section describes the implementation scope for Handyman modules.
The table below forms the basis for implementation planning, delivery, and follow-up.
Any changes to scope, estimated time, or number of meetings beyond what is defined in this table must be handled through agreed change management procedures.

Description
Handyman Office & Mobile
A consultant installs and configures Handyman Office and Handyman Mobile in the Handyman cloud environment.
Customer data is imported in predefined format based on files provided by the customer. This includes customers, wholesalers and items, employees, and salary codes.
A working session (2 x 3 hours) is conducted to review the customer’s workflows and configure the solution accordingly, including validation of imported data.
Training is delivered virtually for administrators and super users.
Service – Basic
A consultant installs and configures the Service Module in the Handyman cloud environment.
Customer data is imported based on files provided by the customer. This includes equipment categories, equipment types, sites, equipment, and reasons for repair. Data must be delivered in the predefined format and structure.
A working session (2 × 3 hours) is conducted to review the customer’s service processes and configure the solution accordingly, including validation of imported data.
Training is delivered virtually for administrators and super users.
Service – Full
A consultant installs and configures extended service functionality in the Handyman cloud environment. This includes service forms, service tasks, contract types, and contracts.
Customer data related to these elements is imported based on files provided by the customer. Data must be delivered in the predefined format and structure.
A working session (2 × 3 hours) is conducted to review the customer’s service processes and configure the solution accordingly, including validation of imported data.
Training is delivered virtually for administrators and superusers.
Resource planner – Basic
A consultant installs and configures the Resource Planner functionality in the Handyman cloud environment based on existing system data.
Configuration includes setup of key system settings, planning views, resources, and availability.
A working session (1 x 1 hours) is conducted to review the customer’s processes and configure the solution accordingly.
Training is delivered virtually for administrators and super users.
Customer Portal
A consultant activates the Customer Portal in the customer’s Handyman cloud environment and performs basic configuration. A two hour virtual training session is conducted for administrators and super users.
 
Store & ordering
Not recommended without ERP integration.
A consultant activates the Store & ordering in the customer’s Handyman cloud environment and performs basic configuration. A two hour virtual training session is conducted for administrators and super users.
 
Migration to Cloud, empty database, excluding ERP integration
A consultant migrates the customer’s solution to the Handyman cloud environment with an empty database. This includes installing the customer tenant in the cloud platform, performing basic configuration, and verifying that the solution operates correctly in the new environment.
Standard migration does not include integrations with ERP systems or other third-party systems. The migration is completed with verification together with the customer in an one hour virtual session.
Migration to Cloud, with empty database including XML integration
A consultant migrates the customer’s solution to the Handyman cloud environment and establishes a standard XML integration with the customer’s system. This includes creating the customer tenant in the cloud platform, performing basic configuration, and installing and configuring the standard XML integration.
Standard migration and use of the standard integration setup without custom modifications. The migration is completed with verification together with the customer in an one hour virtual session.

The integration is delivered in accordance with our standard integration, without modifications.

Tripletex
A consultant installs and configures the standard integration between Handyman and Tripletex. This includes establishing the system connection and configuring the standard data exchange supported by the Handyman integration platform.

Uniconta
A consultant installs and configures the standard integration between Handyman and Uniconta. This includes establishing the system connection and configuring the standard data exchange supported by the Handyman integration platform.
The integration enables transfer of relevant master data, transactional data, and documents between the systems according to the standard functionality supported by Handyman at the time of implementation. The supported data exchange is documented in the Handyman integration documentation.
Read/Write to External API
Initiation of integrations between Handyman and third-party systems through available APIs. This may include exchange of data related to orders, master data, documentation, or other business processes.
This includes a 2-hour working session with technical resources from both Handyman and the customer, including preparations. Following this, Handyman’s technical resource provides ongoing support on an hourly basis, according to the customer’s needs.
The technical solution and scope will depend on the customer’s system setup and available interfaces. Handyman is not responsible for changes in third-party APIs or functionality that may affect the integration.
